The Gravitate G4 is a heavy-duty four-function facility bed designed for care settings where flexibility, durability and portability matter. It offers independent head, foot, knee and Trendelenburg adjustments via wired hand control, giving care staff and residents precise positioning for comfort and clinical needs.
A 250kg safe working load, sturdy steel frame and locking castors provide everyday safety and mobility while unlimited clearance accommodates handling equipment such as hoists.
Its defining feature is the four-section knock-down design, which disassembles completely and mounts on a dolly frame for straightforward transport and single-person assembly. Also suited to home use where space or access (including homes with stairs) is constrained.
Supplied in standard beech with all Icare bed fabrics available for upholstery on head and footboards.

1. Fully raise the head lift section using the hand control.
2. Check the main frame for the serial sticker.
- a. For Beds manufactured AFTER March 2025 this will be located on the main frame that runs along the head end of the bed and will start with either AUS-[Number] or NZL-[Number]
- b. For Beds manufactured BEFORE March 2025 this will be located on the main frame that runs along the length of the bed and will start with BPNS-NZ[Number] or BPNS-A[Number]
