IC333™ Homecare Bed

I had been having problems with my back for many years and five months ago I had a fall and broke my hip.

I now have two steel rods on my hip and pelvis to deal with, I spent over six weeks in hospital in horrific pain. When I came home I had a hire bed until my bed arrived just last week, can now sleep through the night with minimal pain, and now I am able to function better and for much longer through the day.

A very comfortable bed.

I love the flexibility it gives me with the easy adjustment of the head and foot of the bed and its height from the floor. Finally, the ease of moving the bed if required. It certainly covers all my requirements.

The IC333 adjustable frame has also been beneficial because I can use it to adjust my body position by raising my head and/or knees. I can also make transfers between my manual day chair and bed even to help save my shoulders. If my husband has to help me at the side of the bed, he can raise it to a height that’s comfortable for his back as well.

It has made my life so much easier compared to my previous bed. I feel a lot safer and getting in and out of bed is now such a breeze.

It was only delivered yesterday so I am still exploring functions but I have found it a good size and comfortable.

Bed and rails have been great help in getting in and out of bed due to a shoulder injury.

My Icare bed [IC333] is good for my severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have major difficulty sitting up to transfer and the lifting head end makes that possible.

I also need to have my upper body raised for heart failure, and the bed is able to raise my knees so I don’t slide down while sleeping.
