IC333™ Homecare Bed

I’d been having back problems for many years, and five months ago I fell and broke my hip.

I now have two steel rods in my hip and pelvis to deal with. I spent over six weeks in the hospital in horrific pain. When I came home, I had a rented bed until my own bed arrived just last week. Now I can sleep through the night with minimal pain, and I’m able to function better and for much longer throughout the day.

A very comfortable bed.

I love the flexibility it gives me with the easy adjustment of the head and foot of the bed and its height from the floor. Finally, it’s easy to move the bed if needed. It definitely meets all my needs.

The IC333 adjustable frame has also been beneficial because I can use it to adjust my body position by raising my head and/or knees. I can also make transfers between my manual day chair and bed more easily, which helps save my shoulders. If my husband has to help me at the side of the bed, he can raise it to a height that’s comfortable for his back as well.

It has made my life so much easier compared to my previous bed. I feel a lot safer, and getting in and out of bed is now such a breeze.

It was only delivered yesterday, so I’m still exploring the features, but I’ve found it to be a good size and comfortable.

The bed and rails have been a great help for getting in and out of bed because of a shoulder injury.

My Icare bed [IC333] works well for my severe rheumatoid arthritis. I have major difficulty sitting up to transfer, and the lifting head end makes that possible.
