Eligible Products
Rewards are available when the following Icare bed models are sold with an Icare mattress:
- IC111
- IC280
- IC333
- IC555
- IC777
To qualify for a reward:
- Claims must be submitted within 2 weeks of the purchase order date.
- The Icare bed and mattress must be on the same purchase order.
- The bed and mattress must be the same size.
